These terms cover this website and the waitlist. They do not cover the Bauhaüs app, which has not launched — separate terms will apply to it, and you will be asked to agree to those before you use it.
What this site is
This is a marketing site for an unreleased product, plus a form to join the waitlist. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not, the remedy is simply not to use it.
The waitlist is not a promise
Joining the waitlist reserves nothing. It does not guarantee you access, does not guarantee access by any particular date, and does not guarantee the product will launch at all. We invite people in small groups and we may change the order, the pace, or the criteria as we go.
By joining you are asking us to email you. You can stop that at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.
What we describe here may change
Everything on this site describes a product still being built. Features shown, screens pictured, and claims made about how styling works reflect our current intent, not a specification we are bound to. They may change before launch or after it.
Pricing is the one thing worth calling out specifically: we say Bauhaüs is free to use, and that is our intent at launch. It is not a permanent commitment, and any change would be communicated before it affected you.
Use the site normally
Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, submit addresses that are not yours, or use the waitlist form to deliver anything other than an email address. We may block access if you do.
Our content is ours
The Bauhaüs name, wordmark, app designs, photography, and the text on these pages belong to us or to our licensors. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote it in ordinary commentary or press coverage. You may not republish it wholesale or use our branding to suggest we endorse something we do not.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be reachable, that it will be free of errors, or that any information on it is complete. We correct what we find, but we are not committing to a service level for a pre-launch marketing page.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site — including losses arising from an invite that arrives late or never arrives. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bauhaüs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
